Introducing children to the concept of circular economy

Boat-building workshop on June 29 aimed at kids aged 7 to 10

Palazzo Falson Historic House Museum in Mdina is hosting a boat-building workshop for children aged seven to 10 on June 29 at 10.30am.

Held in collaboration with Emanuel Sammut, founder of Atelier Manuel, the two-hour workshop will see the young participants building their own fully functional wooden boat using repurposed materials while being introduced to the concept of the circular economy.

Prior to the workshop, the children will be taken on a maritime-themed tour of the palazzo.

Pre-booking is necessary. One may secure their child’s place by sending an e-mail on bookings@palazzofalson.com or calling on 2145 4512.

A donation of €20 is suggested, which covers all materials for the workshop.
