Families are in for a treat at local cinemas on Saturday as KRS Releasing is holding another edition of National Cinema Day.
The latest animated films and blockbusters, which are almost all suitable for children and adolescents, will be screened at a reduced admission price throughout the day.
Young children may especially enjoy the Disney classic animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (U), which is returning to the big screen this week, as KRS celebrates Disney’s 100th anniversary.
The films Elemental, Mavka: The Forest Song and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, which are showing on the day, all carry a PG (parental guidance) certification.
Older children/adolescents may watch the blockbusters Barbie, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, Mission: Impossible – Dead and Meg 2: The Trench, which are certified 12A.
Adults can also watch Oppenheimer (15).
