The Malta Crafts Foundation is organising a carnival event at the Ta’ Qali Artisan Village on February 3 from 10am to 4pm.
Carnival Creations includes a variety of activities, from clowns and magicians to face-painting, a bouncy castle, as well as artisans offering hands-on experiences in stalls along the streets.
The event also comprises carnival-themed entertainment provided by some local schools – including dancing and singing – from 10am to 2pm.
From 2 to 4pm, there will be a defilé by Tikka Banda, carnival floats and grotesque masks.
Visitors, both young and old, are encouraged to wear costumes. Entrance is free. For more information, visit the Malta Crafts Foundation Facebook page.
