Are you ready to impress your guests with a spooky dessert that’s bound to get people talking? This Eeie eyeball jelly recipe from BBC GoodFood is exceptionally easy to make, yet is undoubtedly spectacular. What’s best is that you can make it with just five ingredients!

Ingredients:

Method:

Once set, dip the outside of the jelly mould into some hot water for around half a minute and then flip it onto a serving plate.

Drain the lychees from the syrup and insert a blueberry into the hole of each lychee to create the eyeballs.

Place the lychees into a jelly mould with the blueberries facing what will become the top of the jelly. Then, sprinkle the popping candy (the candy that fizzes when you eat it) over them.

Follow the instructions on the pack of green jelly and pour just enough of the liquid into the mould so that the lychees are immersed in it but not floating.

Chill for around 30 minutes and then pour the remaining green jelly into the mould. Return to the fridge for around two hours.

Next, prepare the red jelly mixture and pour this over the green jelly.

Chill for another two-to-three hours.
