It was a colour that tinted their lips in a warm and alluring way. Now, some 30 years later, It-girls like Emily Ratajowski, Dakota Johnson, and Hailey Bieber have all been seen wearing the colour, marking a clear comeback for the once ubiquitous lip shade.
Yet, as these trends often happen, this time round is all about choosing the right colour to suit and enhance your complexion, with chocolate brown lipstick now also coming in cafe latte and beige, among other hues. So, not chocolate brown, but a different shade of brown.
