Children aged six to 12 years old are invited at Palazzo Falson Historic House Museum in Mdina on November 17 to take part in a workshop on the traditional Maltese art of making crib figurines or pasturi.

Crib figurine makers Pawlu and Terry will share their passion for this art and the children will create their own figurine during a hands-on activity.

Pre-booking is essential. One can secure their child’s place by sending an e-mail on bookings@palazzofalson.com or calling them on 2145 4512.

Ticket price is €20 per child and €18 for members of Palazzo Falson. If you book the last two workshops together, you benefit from a special price of €36 . Price includes all materials for the workshop. Tickets are non-refundable. Check out the Facebook event for more details.

The workshop, which includes a tour around the museum, is part of a series of three workshops from The Christmas Crib series. The third and final workshop, entitled Ix-Xena tal-Presepju, will be held on November 24.
