Introduced to the world in 1932, Lego has become one of the world’s most famous toys loved by both children and adults. One of the top reasons it continues to be a mainstay in the world almost a hundred years later is the fact that the company continues to have its pulse on popular culture, offering interactive and wonderful ways to build worlds from scratch.
One of its latest announcements that has got people across the world buzzing is the new Twilight movie set, which is based on The Cullen House—or the house where the family of Edward Cullen lives.
Set to be released on February 1 and comprising just over 2,000 pieces, the set lets you build the three-level house, complete with a fully-stocked kitchen, a grand piano, bedrooms, a dining room, and more. But that’s not all, the set also comes with trees, Bella Swan’s red 1963 Chevrolet Stepside Pickup, seven mini figures, and the Jacob Black in the shape of a shape-shifter wolf. Once assembled, the set measures 37 cm in height, 18 cm in width, and 21 cm in height, and makes for quite a show-stopping piece.
Currently, the set is available for pre-order, with the price set at around €213.93. Even so, it should be noted that this Lego Ideas set is aimed at people aged 18+ and should not be given to children.
