The colourful ‘Umbrella Installation’ in Żabbar is back this weekend and will be officially launched on Saturday, May 31 at 10am.
As in previous years, the display in Main Street will brighten the town centre while adding a festive and artistic atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.
To mark the launch, a weekend full of family-friendly activities will take place on Saturday and Sunday. Highlights include:
- A sports day;
- Live screening of the Champions League Final at Misraħ is-Sliem;
- A classic and modern car show;
- Competitive darts and billiard tournaments;
- A bouncy castle for children;
- A BBQ and beer garden vibes;
- Local artisan stalls, showcasing handmade crafts.
The event aims to bring together people of all ages to celebrate community, culture and summer vibes. Everyone is invited to join in the celebrations.
