Clayton's love for coffee started when he was 15 years old, while working a part-time summer job. This is where he started studying and exploring the world of coffee travelling to Italy, Greece and Holland to acquire more knowledge. Today he runs Lot61, his mission being serving up genuine coffee that doesn't compromise on flavour.
