Steve is Head Chef/Co-owner at Risette, in Valletta. An alumni of London's Le Cordon Bleu, this is his tenth year in the industry. Steve also worked in London and Dublin, gaining vital experience from various Michelin starred restaurants. He believes that the culinary foundations have to be respected in order to get the best results possible. The ability of being creative in the kitchen is the reason behind the frequent change of menus at Risette.
