Kylie Jenner’s beauty empire has just been expanded thanks to the release of her first-ever perfume, Cosmic Kylie Jenner. Jenner explained that the perfume is an ode to her mother, the Kardashian-Jenner clan’s momager, Kris Jenner.
Launched on March 7, Cosmic Kylie Jenner is described as ‘a sweet, warm floral, elevated scent that is perfect for day and night.’ It has opening notes of Star Jasmine and Blood Orange, middle notes of Golden Amber Accord and Red Peony Accord, and base notes of Vanilla Musk Accord and Cedarwood.
Jenner herself has explained that the fragrance took two years to create and is ‘very personal’ to her as it is based on the ‘beautiful floral fragrance’ her mum wore when she was growing up.
Vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free, the eau de parfum is encased in a refillable sculptural bottle that is, in itself, a piece of holdable art that can perfectly fit in the palm of a hand. Even so, we have to admit that we were quite shocked to see the refill’s price being exactly the same as that of the 100ml bottle given perfume bottles often cost companies a pretty penny.
Cosmic Kylie Jenner Eau de Parfum is available in three sizes: 30ml, 50ml, and 100ml, retailing for €44, €56, and €71, respectively. It is already on sale on the European Kylie Cosmetics website.
