Ingredients:
- 20 ml framboise eau-de-vie
- 20 ml orange cognac liqueur
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 5 ml sugar syrup
- 20 ml raspberry puree
- 30 ml Champagne
- 1 small scoop vanilla ice cream
Method:
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the liqueur, eau-de-vie, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and puree, and shake until the drink has chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled Moscow Mule mug.
- Add the Champagne and then place the scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
