As part of this weekend’s events marking Il-Ħaġar Museum’s 12th anniversary, Gozitan artist and art educator Victor Agius will lead two hands-on workshops for children and young students on Saturday.

The museum is currently organising a series of events for various sectors of the community to celebrate Gozitan polymath Mgr Giuseppe Farrugia.

These workshops will provide an engaging dialogue with his designs, many of which are currently temporarily exhibited at the museum. The young participants will be encouraged to interpret his designs in their sketchbooks.

The first workshop, for children aged 6-8, runs from 11am to 12.30pm, while the second, aimed at students aged 9-12, will take place from 1 to 2.30pm.

Participation is free of charge but reservations are necessary by sending an e-mail to events@heartofgozo.org.mt.
