New Electronic Sphere Stage for this year’s Earth Garden

New glamping experience announced

Earth Garden, Malta’s biggest alternative music festival, this year will include a brand new Electronic Sphere Stage which is being described by the organisers as “a first in Malta”, alongside choreographed lights for a more modern look.

Following a record weekend attendance of over 40,000 people in 2022, the festival returns to Ta Qali Picnic area with a unique blend of world music, art, and culture that celebrates diversity and brings people of all ages and nationalities together.

Earth Garden has established a reputation for being a melting pot of various genres, including World Music, Reggae, Ska, Hip Hop, Alternative Rock, Techno, House, Trance and Psychedelic. With five different stages and the biggest line up to date, festival-goers will have a chance to experience the best fusion of live music from around the world.

The festival is also known to promote self-care, sustainability and wellbeing. A newly relocated and dedicated healing area will host a range of workshops, talks, meditation, and yoga classes throughout the day. There’s a total of 35+ slots in the programme just for the healing fields which will allow festival-goers to take a break from the excitement and focus on their mental and physical health in a peaceful and nurturing environment.

The iconic food courts also return with a diverse selection of foods from some of the top restaurants on the island alongside a different bar experience that was adopted following feedback from festival-goers.

The Ethnic Market, known for its vibrant colours which reflect the cultural heritage of different parts of the world, is always a must-visit attraction during the festival, offering a wide range of unique and visually stunning handcrafted items. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll through, interact with the vendors, and discover the perfect souvenir to remember their Earth Garden experience for years to come.

The camping experience is likewise back with a variety of options to choose from, including general camping and a tent rental service. A new glamping area is being introduced for the first time this year, including bell tents with luxury linens and complimentary breakfast.
