Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie Jenner’s eponymous beauty brand, has recently announced three new shades of Gloss Drips. Called Fall in Love, Playfully Pink, and Sweet Like Hunny, these glosses come in a grapefruit orange hue, a sparkly baby pink, and a purplish berry colour, respectively.
These three new colours take Kylie’s line of Gloss Drips up to seven and their reveal was, to a certain extent, quite a surprise. Gloss Drips were originally meant to be a four-shade limited edition release specifically for summer 2022 but, as with all other things Kylie does, the collection sold out in less than 24 hours. This led the beauty mogul to make them part of her permanent offering.
The launch of these three new shades was met with much enthusiasm from fans of the second richest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, who announced them by taking to social media to share a video of a baby pink tube of gloss encased in a popsicle. The accompanying caption included statements like ‘juicy, reflective, mirror-shine’ and ‘so yummy I could eat it’, which are reflective of the promise Kylie Cosmetics make on their site for the Gloss Drips, which states that these lip glosses offer a reflective, mirror-shine finish that has a cushiony, wet texture that softens lips.
Kylie Cosmetics also state that they are vegan and cruelty free, and that they match a wide variety of skin tones. Each tube costs €16.
