Spring is with us and that means a whole new range of fruit and vegetables are available. Strawberries, artichokes, broad beans, and much more. The question is: What tasty dishes can we make with these? Here are some ideas.

Artichoke and parmesan tart

Do you know any Maltese person who doesn’t like pies? Me neither, which is why this artichoke and parmesan tart is perfect for a light lunch or even as a starter meal.
