Soprano Miriam Cauchi, together with Simon Abdilla Joslin (violoncello) and Maria Elena Farrugia (piano), will be performing works by Gounod, Massenet, Franck, Lucantoni, Brahms, Foerster, Previn and Vella Gregory at the closing event of the Bir Miftuħ International Music Festival on Saturday.
A highlight of the evening will be the premiere of a short composition titled Melita Rose by Mark Pullicino.
The concert is being staged with the generosity of a Din l-Art Ħelwa benefactor and through the benevolence of Miriam Cauchi and Simon Abdilla Joslin who are performing pro bono for the event.


Tickets for this last concert are against a donation of €25 per person and can be reserved through info@dinlarthelwa.org, or by calling on 2122 0358. Tickets include refreshments after the performance in the chapel grounds. Tickets will also be available at the door.
The chapel of Santa Marija ta’ Bir Miftuħ is located on the left of the roundabout outside the Malta International Airport.
