EmpowerHER, a Maltese voluntary organisation dedicated to supporting women in business and the creative industries, is holding a festive initiative at Designers Boutique, in Valletta, on Saturday, November 22, from 10am to 7pm.
The boutique, one of the organisation’s key projects, is a distinctive creative hub uniting 17 Maltese women entrepreneurs, who will be presenting their handcrafted collections on the day. These include fashion wear, jewellery, accessories, art and home decor, offering visitors a glimpse into Malta’s vibrant creative talent.
Entirely community-driven, the initiative seeks to empower women-led brands, enhance the visibility of local craftsmanship and encourage the public to support small businesses throughout the holiday season.
Guests will be welcomed with complimentary drinks, Christmas carols and festive cheer as they discover authentic, one-of-a-kind creations made with care and skill.
“Our mission is to give women in business a voice, a platform and a sense of community”
“As a voluntary organisation, EmpowerHER operates on a non-profit basis,” said founder Dana Carmont. “Our mission is to give women in business a voice, a platform and a sense of community.”
Visitors are encouraged to attend the event not only to shop, but also to celebrate Malta’s creative community and the women entrepreneurs who make it thrive. Each purchase directly supports local, women-led businesses.
