TikToker and rising artist Miguel Samuel is about to drop his debut single, Baila, on June 16. The pop song, written in Maltese is characterised by catchy melodies and irresistible summer
energy.

Baila, which translates to ‘dance’ from Spanish, is a celebration of the carefree spirit of summer. It is a fusion of contemporary pop elements and Maltese influences, creating a unique and refreshing sound. With its captivating lyrics and uplifting melodies, the song aims to transport listeners to the sun-drenched shores of Malta, where the joy of dancing and embracing the summer vibes knows no bounds.

Accompanying the release is a music video set to be unveiled on June 16. The video was directed and shot by Shaun Vella and Jamie Gatt.

“I’ve always loved music and I’ve been secretly writing songs since I was 14. And now I felt that it was the perfect time to actually work upon my dreams and release my work out to the public to enjoy and appreciate. I wanted to create something that would instantly transport people to the carefree and vibrant atmosphere of summer,” says Miguel.

“With Baila, I hope to bring a sense of joy and excitement to everyone who listens to it. It’s a song that embodies the spirit of summer, and I can’t wait to share it with the world.”

The single will be available on all majorstreaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.
