Haylee McGee’s Age is a Feeling in Maltese

The breakaway hit has been translated to Maltese by author Clare Azzopardi.

Friendships, heartbreak, love, travel, adventure, career, family… That’s life, isn’t it? A series of seminal moments and rites of passage that shape our identity as we navigate through life. Age is more than just a number, it’s a feeling. As time ticks away, we do our best to seize the day, all the while wrestling with our endless chances to better the path we are on, while we still can.

Garnering rave reviews from its run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Soho Theatre as well as nabbing a nomination in the 2023 Olivier Awards, Haylee McGee’s Age is a Feeling is now set to premiere in Malta with a Maltese translation of the script by Clare Azzopardi. Produced by Udjenza under the direction of Toni Attard, this never-the-same-twice solo show performed by Clare Agius follows the ageing journey of one’s life with charm, wit, honesty & vulnerability.

Is-Snin li Tħoss is produced by Udjenza with support from Arts Council Malta, and runs on February 23, 24 and 25 at Spazju Kreattiv.
