BirdLife Malta is holding a night walk for its Klabb Ħuttaf members in one of the most biodiverse locations on the island – the Foresta 2000 nature reserve – on Sunday, May 7.

Participants will learn about the 11 bat species that can be found in Malta and spot chameleons hiding in the twilight, which are abundant at Foresta 2000.

Foresta 2000 is famous for its fantastic views of the valley. Weather permitting, a small picnic will be held to enjoy a breath-taking sunset from a vantage point.

This event, which starts at 6.30pm, is open to Klabb Ħuttaf members only and one will need to provide the membership number to book a place. If your child is still not a member of the club, you can enrol them here. Then book your place for the two-hour walk via this link.

It is important to wear comfortable shoes and suitable clothing for the weather.
