Taylor Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour movie is finally going to be released on Disney’s streaming service. The Disney+ version, called Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version), will run for a staggering three hours!

The ‘Lover’ singer’s headline-dominating world tour, which is currently in its Asia leg, has been one of history’s most successful shows, selling over 4.35 million tickets, generating $200 million dollars in merchandise sales alone, and catapulting Swift into the realm of billionaires.

The recorded version of the tour, which was directed by Sam Wrench and premiered worldwide on October 13, has since become the biggest-selling concert film of all time, grossing more than $261 million. Its success, however, also meant that many screenings were completely sold out for weeks.

Now, Disney+ subscribers will be able to watch the fabulous feast of Swifty-ness in their own homes as the streaming service will be releasing an updated version of the movie on March 15. The new version ups the run-time from two hours and 45 minutes to three solid hours thanks to the addition of five previously omitted songs, including the #1 single off Folklore, ‘cardigan’.

Disney+ has assured fans that Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version) will be released on the same day, worldwide, meaning that Maltese Swifties can also join the fun.
