The International Council of Museums (ICOM) is celebrating International Museum Day (IMD) on Monday, May 18.

With the theme ‘Museums Uniting a Divided World’, the global event highlights the transformative role of museums in society today.

Palazzo Falson in Mdina is celebrating this occasion on Sunday, May 17, by participating in a game where visitors have to guess the name of a country through different artefacts.

The game can accompany one’s visit through the rooms of the historic house museum, highlighting the vast and colourful collection that once belonged to Olof Gollcher, the last owner and resident of the palazzo.

Entrance tickets may be purchased at the door. This game is suitable for visitors aged 6+ (accompanied by an adult) and normal ticket prices and policies apply, which can be found at www.palazzofalson.com.

For more information,  send an e-mail to bookings@palazzofalson.com for any queries.

Palazzo Falson Historic House Museum is managed by Fondazzjoni Patrimonju Malti, a non-profit heritage foundation aiming to spread awareness about Malta’s heritage through museums, publications, exhibitions and events.
